All packages have tracking numbers. Some require a signature upon delivery. If you haven't received your package after 14 days, please contact your local post office to avoid unclaimed packages when the postman delivers them.

1. US customs duties are currently paid by us.

2. EU customs duties are currently paid by us, while VAT is paid by the buyer.

3. Due to lax customs regulations in Italy, Kazakhstan, and Brazil, items often remain in warehouses for 2-4 weeks after being received by customs, sometimes even 1-2 months. During this period, the tracking number will show that the package has been received. Please only purchase if you can accept this situation. We do not ship to the Naples region of Italy.
